His professional interests sit at the intersection of finance, government, and enterprise, with a focus on how capital, partnerships, and sound strategy create opportunities for growth.

A New York City native, Albert built much of his career at Citigroup and Deutsche Bank, where he held senior leadership positions spanning global liquidity management, financial products, risk management, and public sector strategy. At Citigroup, he served as Vice President of Public Sector Business Development, developing sales strategies and growth initiatives for state and local government markets. He currently serves as Vice President of Public Sector Strategy & Growth at BES Solutions, Inc., drawing on his institutional experience and background in public administration to advance government partnerships and business opportunities across federal, state, and local markets.

Albert holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Morehouse College and a Master of Public Administration from Baruch College. His interest in the relationship between finance and economic development has also shaped his entrepreneurial pursuits. Alongside his wife, he owns and manages The Real Bourbon Street, a portfolio of hospitality properties in downtown Louisville, Kentucky. His work in real estate and hospitality reflects an appreciation for thoughtful investment, entrepreneurship, and the communities in which he operates.

Born and raised in New York City, Albert now splits his time between NYC and Louisville with his wife, daughter, and son. A New Yorker at heart, he's an avid bourbon collector, a loyal Knicks fan, and an unapologetic Seinfeld enthusiast. He appreciates good conversation, a well-aged bourbon, and the humor in life's everyday absurdities.

Analytical by nature and entrepreneurial in spirit, Albert brings curiosity, perspective, and a distinctly New York sensibility to both his professional and personal pursuits.
